Tidy Haus organises people’s digital lives — computers, folders, photos, media, email, cloud storage and devices — remotely, over video, anywhere in the world. It is a real business with real customers, and it is deliberately the smallest, most instrumented business I own.
It is on this site for a reason that has nothing to do with the service. Tidy Haus is where the operating stack gets tested before it gets recommended.
A self-hosted Odoo ERP and CRM, run in production with staging, carrying the whole business: quoting, scheduling, delivery, invoicing and support. Stripe webhooks wired into it. Staged lifecycle email sequences firing off behaviour rather than a calendar. Automatic opportunity creation from inbound leads. Google Calendar synchronisation through the Cloud APIs. Calendly doing round-robin assignment across organisers. Notebook-based analysis over the resulting data.
And on the acquisition side, a paid-search programme tested down to the keyword — including a genuinely instructive segment built around ADHD-related search behaviour, which performs differently enough from the general “organize my computer” market to be a category of its own.
None of this is impressive at enterprise scale. That is the point. It is a complete, end-to-end commercial system, small enough that one person can hold all of it in their head, which makes it the ideal place to find out what a tool actually does before putting a client’s business on it.
When I tell a client that a particular automation will not do what the vendor claims, it is usually because I have already tried it here.
